This role is ideal for someone passionate about generative AI, employee learning, and enterprise technology support.The selected candidate will design and deliver AI-focused training programs, support enterprise AI platforms, and help employees confidently adopt tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies.This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in New York City three days per week, including Tuesdays as the anchor day.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver live and on-demand training sessions for enterprise AI tools including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and related technologiesCreate engaging learning materials such as guides, job aids, presentations, and video tutorials for users with varying technical backgroundsSupport AI adoption initiatives and employee enablement programs across the organizationServe as a primary support resource for employee questions related to AI tools, best practices, and responsible AI usageCollaborate with HR, Legal, Learning & Development, and Technology teams to align training content with company policies and compliance standardsDevelop AI-focused professional development and soft-skill learning content such as change management and AI workplace transformation topicsTrack learner engagement, training effectiveness, participation metrics, and feedback to improve learning programs continuouslyAdminister enterprise AI platforms including user provisioning, workspace management, access controls, and organizational settingsMaintain team workspaces and department-level access segmentation within AI platformsCoordinate with enterprise vendor support teams including OpenAI and Anthropic for escalations and platform supportGenerate reports related to license usage, utilization, compliance, and chargeback activitiesStay current with emerging AI technologies, platform enhancements, and enterprise AI best practicesRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, adult education, or related areas1–2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude EnterpriseHands-on experience with generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platformsStrong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data privacy practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersExperience facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessionsStrong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-changing environmentsProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and OneDriveBachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Familiarity with responsible AI principles and governance practicesExperience developing enterprise learning programs and digital learning contentPrior experience supporting enterprise-scale technology adoption initiatives
