Direct Markets Account Executive

Job Description:Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects to provide Property and Casualty insurance to large retail automobile dealersSupport the marketing of F&I products in assigned territoryDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersManage an existing territory driving growth and profitabilityMake sales presentations to clients in person or utilizing Microsoft Teams environmentWork closely with other field team members to maintain and enhance customer relationships and provide seamless program / product implementationWork in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with six-figure income opportunityRequirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Sales area OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Sales areaKnowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminologyKnowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environmentKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeThe ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where requiredBenefits:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for employees and their familiesAnnual variable compensation based on performance under sales incentive plan
