The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and leading all sales activities, from new customer acquisition to renewals and expansion initiatives. This role requires the design and implementation of standardized sales processes, execution of pricing normalization strategies, and the development of account-based sales strategies tailored to the company's core vertical and adjacent markets. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in modernizing the go-to-market stack, leveraging AI-native sales and marketing tools to enhance data-driven decision-making and support scalable growth. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of sales leadership experience in vertical SaaS, workforce management, field service, or similar B2B software environments, with a proven track record of scaling ARR. A strong understanding of pricing strategy, renewals, and expansion revenue models is essential, as is experience in using modern, AI-enabled sales and marketing tools. The role is suited to a hands-on leader who is comfortable operating in both founder-led and post-acquisition environments and is adept at building systems, playbooks, and teams from the ground up. Preferred qualifications include experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or field service industries, and familiarity with contractor-based labor models and operational workflows.
