A Master's degree will be considered an added advantage. A valid EIT or PE license. A minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical design, structural analysis, and retaining wall design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, CAD, Excel, MSEW, and ReSSA. Excellent mathematical and spatial reasoning skills. A solid understanding of soil mechanics. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a team and independently. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
