Medix is currently seeking a dedicated clinician for a permanent opening at our client's facility. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care under a Value Based Model (45 min appointments). Conduct patient intake including vitals, interviews, and medical histories. Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and routine screenings. Process patient phone messages and coordinate with PCPs. Deliver health coaching and education to senior members. Manage clinical tasks like dressing changes and suture removal. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Active BLS for healthcare providers Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR Experience with geriatric populations (preferred)
