In this role, you will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will ensure the efficient operation of equipment such as ACUs, AHUs, heat pumps, VAVs, DDC systems, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, monitoring system performance, maintaining detailed logs, and ensuring safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and experience with BMS and HVAC control schematics.
