Discover more about the company at hallgroup.com.About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site Groundskeeper role based in Frisco, TX. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall curb appeal of the property. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is attentive to detail, and supports the broader team in keeping the grounds safe, clean, and welcoming. Primary DutiesWalk the property frequently to remove litter, debris, and pet waste.Maintain cleanliness in high-visibility areas, including the pond area, recreation areas, grounds near the office and roadways, walkways between buildings, and parking lots and drives.Transfer trash and items left outside dumpsters into proper disposal areas; keep dumpster areas clean and doors secured on windy days.Regularly detail the property by raking, cleaning shrub beds, shoveling mud, and using blowers to clear sidewalks and walkways.Assist with cleaning and maintaining storage areas.Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned by the General Manager, Chief Engineer, or Director of Engineering.Perform work-area cleanup and safety-related tasks.Support general grounds upkeep including raking, sweeping, and shoveling as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.QualificationsPrevious experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or a similar role preferredStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsDependability and a proactive approach to property careAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamPhysical RequirementsThis role requires frequent physical activity, including:Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.Being on your feet for most of the day (66-100% of the time).Bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling to perform maintenance tasks.Pushing and pulling equipment, tools, and doors.Reaching above shoulder height to access or store equipment.Climbing ladders for routine maintenance.Grasping, gripping, and handling tools and equipment.Using finger dexterity for repairs and equipment operation.Lifting and carrying supplies, blowers, ladders, and other equipment as needed.HALL Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
