The Research Scientist will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research to advance our therapeutic pipeline. This involves designing and executing experiments, analyzing and interpreting data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize our ADC immunotherapies. Additional responsibilities include contributing to scientific publications and supporting the transition of therapeutic candidates through preclinical development to clinical trial.QualificationsExpertise in cellular and molecular biology techniques, including cell culture, flow cytometry, and ELISAIn vivo experience is strongly preferred. Experience with oncology/immunotherapy research.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and statistical interpretation.Collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and advancing leading-edge therapeutic solutions.
