Define and operationalize lifecycle KPIs tied to financial outcomes
Build a long-term lifecycle strategy identifying growth levers across the customer journeyRequired Qualifications:8-10+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or growth roles in high-growth DTC or ecommerce businesses
Proven experience owning lifecycle as a business driver with impact on LTV and margin efficiency
Deep understanding of customer economics and cohort analysis
Strong experience with BI and attribution tools
Proven people leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams
