Your role will involve greeting guests, providing information about our attractions and services, and assisting with any inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.Provide guests with information about the venue’s attractions, events, and services.Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces.Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow.Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Required SkillsHospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focusedAble to take direction and work together as a teamWork calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressureEducation & ExperienceHS Diploma or GED certificate preferredAvailability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesMust be at least 16 years of agePhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesMust be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motionTeam Member BenefitsCompetitive Pay and Growth Team Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!
