Apply via Dice today!Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of systems and equipment to identify root causes of failures.Collaborate with product engineers to define containment and sustainable solutions.Report all test and field work promptly and accurately.Update Test KPIs and report findings, including any deviations from expected behavior in functions or databases.Work with test-related documentation, such as control plans, test instructions, and test records.Perform test activities and complete associated test records.Participate in meetings related to test planning and test activities.Track and manage the document lifecycle, ensuring timely publication in PDM/AEC.Execute, record, and monitor field activities using RQM (Rational Quality Manager) for comprehensive documentation and effective project management.Utilize the myField platform for planning, lookahead scheduling, and detailed reporting of all field activities.Report and track all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to field activities.Record inspection and test results, as well as test configurations.Key Requirements:Maintain the highest standards for safety, fail-safeness, system reliability, and system integrity.Deliver tasks on time and with quality, as outlined in section 4 (Deliverables).Execute tasks as listed, but not limited to, section 2 (Key Responsibilities).Experience:Proven experience in testing signaling or non-signaling systems in railway or Automated People Mover (APM) systems.Field Test Engineer
