Program Manager
Job Summary Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Compliance Operations / Program Manager to support a compliance operations team responsible for administering and coordinating operating rules of compliance for clients. This team serves as the operational arm of the compliance process, ensuring required actions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established network requirements. The role focuses on compliance administration, reporting, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational support within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in process-driven environments, enjoys working with data and reporting, and has strong organizational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess client waiver requests according to established procedures and service-level expectationsGenerate, maintain, and distribute compliance-related reports and documentationPrepare and send formal client communications, notifications, and compliance correspondenceSupport fee administration and waiver processing activitiesMaintain accurate compliance records and case information within SalesforceReview data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and procedural complianceCoordinate compliance-related activities and follow-up actions with internal stakeholdersSupport monitoring, reporting, and operational compliance administrationAssist with additional compliance and operational activities as neededIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesRequired QualificationsStrong Salesforce experience (required)Experience with reporting and data managementStrong written communication and documentation skillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentHighly organized and process-oriented mindsetExperience supporting compliance, regulatory, operational risk, or network administration functionsAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsPreferred Qualifications (not a must)Familiarity with network operating rules and compliance processesExperience within financial services organizationsBasic Microsoft Excel skillsExposure to Snowflake, Teradata, or similar data platformsExperience supporting merchant, acquirer, or payment network programsKey CompetenciesCompliance AdministrationSalesforceReporting & Data ManagementOperational SupportProcess ImprovementDocumentation ManagementStakeholder CommunicationCritical ThinkingAttention to DetailOrganization & PrioritizationWork EnvironmentLocation: Chicago, IllinoisHybrid: Tuesday - Thursday on site Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00.
