The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at over 400 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL and their published vision for ATMP is an integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.Responsible for inventory, warehousing, and spares property management. Ensures proper material handling, part classification, work order and material demand/fulfillment commitments, identifies disposition material and performs removal transactions using the PCARSS process. Responsible for shipping and receiving materials/property and will inventory by serial number/part number process gain/loss documentation as necessary. Generate Distribution Orders (DOs) for parts being shipped to other sites in support of the contract and receive DOs for incoming parts from Central Depot and other sites. Generates spreadsheets for property being turned in for disposition/disposal, verifies part numbers and quantities, and submits to the Site Manager for approval. Responsible for issuing parts required for work orders, conducting 10% monthly inventory and 100% annual cycle count reports. Responsible for Purchase Card purchases, for both emergency and routine consumable materials, and monthly reconciliation of purchases.Supports any additional initiatives set forth by the Inventory and Material Supportability Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include process instructions, planning, coordinating, and working project to closure while providing global logistics support to multiple ATMP sites.Desired SkillsIFS/AWARE knowledgeExperience with military specifications for packaging, shipping, inventory controlComfortable working independently and within a team environmentWillingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours if neededAnalytical skills, solving complex problemsExperience planning, coordinating, and documentingExperience creating process documentsOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
