Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Order Processing Clerk to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both customers and warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally and effectively with customers via phone, email, and in personProvide accurate information regarding orders, products, and servicesPerform data entry with a high level of accuracyMaintain and update customer information in CRM systemsUse Microsoft Excel to manage and review data as neededCoordinate and communicate with warehouse staff to support customer needsAssist with general administrative and customer service tasks as assignedQualifications & SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not requiredPrior customer service experience is preferredExperience with CRM systems is a plusIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft ExcelComfortable working and communicating with warehouse personnelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAttendance & ReliabilityConsistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this positionThe successful candidate must be dependable and committed to maintaining a regular work scheduleCompensation & SchedulePay: $20.00 per hourHours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMStatus: Full-time, on-site position
