This role focuses on three main areas: administrative and operational support, preventive maintenance agreement administration, documentation, and customer communication.Are you detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities? If you are ready to make a tangible difference, we invite you to join our team as a Service Administrator!What We OfferA strong investment in your future through employee engagement, team support, career development, and mentoringA comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance401(k) with company matchCompetitive PTO, holidays, and additional incentivesWhat We Ask of YouCollaborate effectively with the Regional Service Manager to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.Administer and coordinate HVAC and plumbing service and maintenance agreements, ensuring compliance and timely execution.Maintain accurate records of active agreements and renewalsDeliver an outstanding customer experience in the service department by building strong relationships and communicating in a friendly yet professional manner with customers and internal teams.Keep stakeholders informed about schedules, challenges, and essential updates to foster trust and engagement.Execute various administrative tasks and projects as needed to support team efficiency and service excellence.Experience & Competencies:Associate's degree preferred or related experience1-2 years of administrative, preferably in the service-related industry, but not requiredDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and assignmentsExcellent computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Excellent customer service skills, including effective verbal and written communicationAbility to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results in a driven, team-oriented environmentMust have the integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional, positive mannerCompensation & BenefitsDanforth offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. The estimated compensation range for this role is $45,000$55,000, depending on education, qualifications, experience, and location.John W.
