Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourJob description:We're looking for a passionate, style-savvy team member to help create unforgettable shopping experiences at Bobbles & Lace. This role goes beyond retail—it's about building community, curating fashion, and bringing energy to everything we do in and outside the boutique.Responsibilities-Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized styling for each client—from head to toe (training provided)-Execute opening and closing procedures including register counts, bank deposits, and securing the boutique.-Actively participate in team meetings to stay aligned with company updates and initiatives.-Participate in ongoing team trainings to grow skills in styling, merchandising, social media, and more.Qualifications-A passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel confident in what they wear-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine relationships with clients and the community-Outgoing, positive attitude with a love for connecting with people-Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment-Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including eweekends-Team player who enjoys collaboration and continuous learning**Must be available on weekends**Job Type: Part-timeBenefits:Employee discount + clothing stipendFlexible scheduleAbility to Commute:Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Required)Work Location: In person
