The position will require the following abilities: Proper knife skills and usage Works clean and uses proper food safety protocol Able to communicate with the Head Chef and Management on a daily basis Properly dress and wear a clean uniform Able to follow direction and execute recipes and daily tasks Job Responsibilities: Preparing traditional Japanese food Working and preparing your designated station for the upcoming shift Work as a team member assisting your co-workers to prepare for the upcoming shift Cutting, Chopping and Slicing proteins and vegetables Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Vision insurance Experience: Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Ann Arbor, MI 48104: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
