The success factors for growing business are based on innovation, quality, technical performance and continuous progress.For the Balkan region (Serbia / Romania / Bulgaria / Greece) we are looking for an Area Sales Manager with excellent communication skills!Key Responsibilities: Develop and grow business within and outside assigned responsibilities Manage and develop agents and distributors across the region Drive portfolio selling of engineered industrial products and solutions Activate dormant industrial plants and drive replacement of competitor products in installed base Build strong customer intimacy and identify meaningfull customer problemsSupport Sales growth through regular customer visits (min. 3 - 4 days per week on the road)Ensure compliance with company processes and proceduresArchieve budget targets ans Sales KPIs as agreed annualyDrive long-term market development and sustainable growthYour Profile:Technical or commercial educational background (University degree preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical and Sales environment in the field of controll valvesEngineers with experience in flow control and valve applications; even those without previous direct sales experience are welcomeCandidates with relevant experience from neighbouring countries are also very welcomeStrong problem solving and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel (about 80 % in the Balkan region) Fluent in English, additional languages like Serbo-Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian is a plus Strong commercial mindset combined with technical understandingOur client offers:International and highly professional business environmentStrong technical support and global organization High level of independence and ownershipAttractive development opportunities within the groupVarious employee benefits Competitive salary package including bonus systemPlease submit your application under ref. no. 110.796 preferably via our ISG Career Portal or via eMail.
