The first of its kind, the Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is paradise found.About The RoleThe Equipment Manager is responsible for ensuring all golf course maintenance equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily equipment preparation to support optimal course conditions and smooth department operations under the direction of the Head Mechanic.What You Will DoInspect, diagnose, and repair mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and small-engine equipment. Perform preventative maintenance including reel grinding, blade sharpening, lubrication, and fluid changes. Maintain cutting units to ensure accurate reel and bedknife adjustments with SIP & Bernhard grinders. Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues. Support operator training on safe equipment use. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop. Respond to breakdowns and prepare equipment for daily operations. And more! What You BringPrevious experience as a golf course mechanic; golf equipment experience required. Knowledge of reels, hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to read service manuals and schematics. Computer proficiency for maintenance troubleshooting.
