Come build your career with BAE Systems.In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.We are seeking a Field Systems Engineering Integration Lead to serve as the Liaison Between BAE Engineering and Rapid Reprogramming Team at David Monthan AFB, AZ.In this role you will:Coordinate resource access at DMAFB, BAE Systems Facilities and other USG Testing Facilities.Support integration and reach back support for operational deployments.Perform Data Analysis.Participate in Flight Tests. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. The posting will remain active until the position is filled, or a qualified pool of candidates is identified.Required Skills and EducationBachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 to 8+ years of work experience or equivalent experienceHold an active Top Secret clearance and be eligible to acquire SCIStrong written and verbal communication skills including experience interfacing with upper management; customer facingAbility to travel as neededPre and Post Flight test design and supportExperience performing systems engineering activitiesPreferred Skills and EducationM.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 6 years of experience or Ph.D. with 4 years of experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineers in other disciplinesPrevious EC-130 or EA-37B operational experience
