Tableau Server AdminThis is hybrid from day-1. This person can work out of Brentwood, MO or Orrville, OH (hybrid).We are looking for a Tableau Server Admin who is passionate about applying technology to help people make better decisions with data. The core function of this role is to ensure the health and uptime of the BI servers and Tableau and other applications that form the basis for all our data integration, data science, and advanced analytic work that we do for the entire family of businesses.Responsibilities:Build, deploy, upgrade, and administer a stable highly available Tableau cluster guaranteed for high operational activities and optimize the operational challenges and tune systemsProvide top notch support and quality engagement to user's inquiries via conversations as well as through a ticketing systemRegularly work with Tableau Premium support for new enhancements and product related issue resolutionDevelop and document standards and best practices to support Tableau development and administrationLicensing key management for our applicationsManage user security for new and existing Business Intelligence tools in compliance with all audit requirementsWrite and run scripts for maintenance activities, especially for Tableau Server write scripts for Tableau API integrationWork within the team and customer stakeholders to support the design and development of performance scorecards, workbooks, and dashboard reportsQualifications:4+ years direct experience as Tableau Server administratorExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely convey analytical interpretation and/or data issues to affected members of departments.Self-directed professional with a hunger to continually learn and grow.Thorough experience with installation, configuration, upgrade, patches, maintenance, and regression testing of enterprise-level Tableau Server distributed environments.Hands on experience with Tableau Server version 2020.x/2021.xAdvanced knowledge and experience with Tableau software (Desktop, Server, Prep), with a strong understanding of Tableau architecture and administration.Operational expertise in troubleshooting, monitoring, understanding bottlenecks, basics of system architecture, Operating systems, Virtualization platforms, network, storage, and disaster recovery toolsExperience with automation for tasks like deployment of data sources/workbooks across environment, alerts via scripting.Expertise in supporting deployment of middleware componentsExperience in implementing SSO and LDAP integrationExperience in creating monitoring & Audit Reports.Preferred:Ability to work on multiple client projects in cross-functional teams, competing priorities, and ensure follow-through on committed deliverables.Demonstrate credibility, competence, and the ability to manage through influence.Strong analytical, logic, and problem-solving skills required.Experience migrating Tableau from on premises to Tableau CloudExperience in previous administration of other BI and data management platforms like Informatica, SchedulerFamiliarity with Azure Monitoring, Azure Portal, and Cost Management
