Cybersecurity Program Manager

Role: Cybersecurity Program ManagerLocation: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) - Need Local CandidatesExperience: 15+ YearsRequired Skills:* Cybersecurity program management across IAM, network security, data protection, application & AI security, endpoint security, SOC, GRC, and infrastructure programs* Enterprise portfolio governance (multi-workstream programs)* RAID management, dashboards, and executive reporting* Stakeholder / client engagement across business, technical, executive leadership, and vendor teams* Cross-functional leadership (engineering, cloud, compliance, legal, operations, and third-party partners)* Delivery management of large, complex cybersecurity programs* Risk, issue, dependency, and change management* Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC frameworks, and Zero Trust principles* Cloud security transformation / migration experience* Executive communication and storytelling (PowerPoint-heavy presentations)* Experience with PowerBI or similar reporting/visualization tools* Ability to lead architecture reviews, security assessments, SOC modernization, and compliance initiativesGood to Have:* PMP / PgMP / CISSP / CISM / CISA certifications* AI-enabled program management experience* Experience in regulated industries (financial, healthcare, government)* Large-scale transformation programs (cloud migration, M&A, enterprise security modernization)* Ability to create board-level executive decks and strategic roadmapsPlease share resumes to ganesanv@datapattern.ai / robinsont@datapattern.ai
