Program Manager (II)

Overview As a Program Manager, you own the full lifecycle of programs beyond your immediate team, driving business outcomes and delivering improvements through change management and performance metrics. You will define programs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and apply PM methodologies to monitor progress and stakeholder expectations. You’ll build trusted relationships, optimize team roles, and govern communications across diverse touchpoints. This role offers the chance to shape programs with independence, data-driven decisions, and a focus on product excellence, inclusion, and brand trust. Remote work flexibility and meaningful impact on complex initiatives are core aspects of this position. ResponsibilitiesAuthor comprehensive program charters covering scope, timeline, OKRs, resources, risks and dependencies; create phased project plans with visibility into constraints.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to enable effective decision making and optimize team roles; manage escalations jointly with stakeholders.Design and deliver targeted program communications; represent the program across diverse touchpoints.Lead change management efforts with rollout plans, impact analysis, and stakeholder collaboration; monitor progress and resolve misalignments.Independently gather data, maintain trackers and status reports; manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement with governance, postmortems, and escalations.Define program phasing and metrics to drive improvement; establish checkpoints and provide transparent rationale for pivots.Align tasks with Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust while coordinating with stakeholders.
