Role DescriptionLaffer Tengler Investments is a growing boutique asset management firm with over $1.5 billion in assets under management, serving high-net-worth individuals and families.We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Specialist to support and help grow the firm’s marketing and communications efforts. This full-time on-site role, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, adaptable, and comfortable working across a variety of marketing and communication initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Working closely with leadership, this person will support brand messaging, social media, website updates, content creation, public relations efforts, client communications, and overall marketing initiatives.ResponsibilitiesManage the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and XCreate and schedule marketing content including graphics, short-form videos, and written postsAssist with website updates in Framer including content updates, blogs, landing pages, and general maintenanceCoordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communicationsHelp maintain brand consistency across presentations, marketing materials, and digital contentWork closely with leadership on marketing initiatives, campaigns, events, and special projectsMonitor engagement and analytics to help improve marketing performanceCoordinate with outside vendors, designers, printers, and developers as neededEnsure marketing materials align with compliance and regulatory standards within financial servicesSupport additional marketing and communication projects as neededQualifications3–5+ years of marketing, communications, public relations, or related experienceStrong written, editing, and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExperience with social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing tools, and email marketing platformsAbility to manage website content and content management systemsProficiency in online marketing strategies, web analytics, and brand communicationsFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite, current marketing tools, trends, and best practicesExposure to financial services, investment management, SEC, and FINRA standards is a plusBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is adaptable, professional, creative, and proactive.
