Overview As Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead a high-impact, cross-organizational program to advance sequence models for understanding customer journeys and optimizing experiences across Amazon products. You will coordinate across Product, Science, and Engineering to align strategy and deliver large-scale initiatives that involve Ads, Stores, and Media technology. You will tackle ambiguous problems at scale, influence architecture and governance, and communicate progress to senior leadership.
