We are seeking an full-stack engineer who will take ownership across the product - from frontend interfaces to backend systems to cloud infrastructure. You'll work closely with the founding team, ship quickly, speak directly with users, and help influence the trajectory of the platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves building, thrives in ambiguity, and wants to grow into a technical leader. Build features end-to-end across React/Next.js and Django/Python Design and implement backend APIs, database models, and integrations Deploy and operate services in AWS and Kubernetes Ship fast, iterate quickly, and help define product direction Located in Boston, MA (or willing to relocate) for onsite work ~ Government security clearance ~2-5 years of professional software engineering experience ~ Hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack features ~ Strong fluency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.) ~ Strong fluency in at least one backend language/framework (Python, Node. xhyhwjd js, Go, Ruby, etc.) ~ Comfort with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.) ~ Bonus Points: Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript Backend: Python, Django Data: Postgres, Elasticsearch Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes Experience with backend integrations, ETL, or data pipelines Experience deploying and operating cloud-based applications Demonstrated builder energy (side projects, open-source, hackathons, or founding experience) Competitive salary & meaningful equity Health, dental, and vision coverage PTO + holidays Work at the intersection of AI, software, and national security
