Call Center Customer ServiceRC Willey is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team and assist customers over the phone. This position requires a dependable professional with strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and help maintain a positive and professional call center environment. Starting Pay$18 per hourThis is a full-time, on-site position with the potential to work remotely after training is completed.Key ResponsibilitiesProfessionally handle inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries related to sales, deliveries, product information, and service concerns with accuracy and efficiency.Serve as a knowledgeable liaison, providing phone-based support to internal departments including delivery, customer service, and retail operations to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.Proactively follow up on customer concerns and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.Perform all other duties as assigned.Skills and QualificationsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues effectively.Demonstrated ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and composure.Proficient in basic computer applications, with accurate typing and data entry capabilities.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.Previous call center or customer support experience preferred.Ready to join the team?
