Job Responsibility: Review all packaging requirements for customers; design and conceptualize each retailer’s needsCreate packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for Licensor RequirementsRe-touching of PhotosIncorporate product photos/room setting/lifestyle on the packageCreate packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for client presentation.Create vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to clients.Must be able to design and layout die lines for new and existing products using Illustrator and Photoshop.Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.Comp ShopRequirements:Art Direction Packaging EngineeringDie LinesColor Management #D DesignProject ManagerCross-Functional LeadershipSkills and Abilities Qualification:BA Degree in Textiles or Fashion Design, a plusStrong conceptual design ability and color senseProven understanding of the retail market trendsAbility to multi-task and shift prioritiesAttention to detail and analytical thinking, ability to apply general concepts to specific problems to produce positive results is a mustStrong documentation and organization skillsExcellent leadership, presentation, and communication skillsProfessional written and oral communication skillsProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Outlook 3D design a plus
