Job Description MEMCO SER is immediately hiring CERTIFIED Flaggers!MEMCO-SER is hiring certified flaggers with experience. Work will be in the greater Houston area so transportation is required to get to and from work. Employees must have been certified already for at least a year and be comfortable working in the elements.
