The Data Analyst provides engineering project data and metric analysis support independently and with little supervision. The primary responsibilities of this position are managing data integrity, identifying information gaps along with the needed solutions, and providing useful analytics to the management and production teams. The Data Analyst provides training and mentorship for data reporting, manipulation, and interpretation; performs data audits, identifies, and troubleshoots invalid data, and creates innovative solutions for internal and client facing demands.Primary Duties And Responsibilities Maintain stable and robust data system that tracks project, resource, and client data Define and uphold business rules for data tracking and reporting Prepare forms and other data collection tools Support production teams in developing and maintaining project estimating tools Support Telecom in developing and maintaining project status tracking tools and dashboards Support Telecom in developing and maintaining financial tracking tools and dashboards Develop and maintain Leadership and Telecom dashboards Support the development and maintenance of practice, sub-practice, and domain dashboards Coordinate with internal business partners on technology advancements and data consolidation Prepare and conduct training for new tools, business rules, and best practices Prepare and conduct internal training classes on the use of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Support the implementation of automated data collection and process flow management Partner with internal resourcesAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
