About the RolePlanetTogether Solutions Engineer is a mid-level consulting position focused on supporting the implementation of PlanetTogether's Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) solutions for manufacturing clients. In this role, you will work closely with Solution Architects and customer teams to translate business processes into system configurations, support data integration efforts, and drive successful project execution from design through UAT and go-live.This position is ideal for a technically strong professional with supply chain or manufacturing expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project SaaS environment.What You'll DoSupport end-to-end implementation of PlanetTogether APS for manufacturing clients, including configuration, testing, and deploymentAssist implementation teams with data integration, system configuration, and validation across ERP and MES ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis)Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, defect triage, and closureDevelop deep expertise in PlanetTogether APS functionality, optimization logic, and manufacturing planning use casesServe as a troubleshooting and product support specialist during implementation and post–go-live phasesWork ModelWe value flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance through a variety of wellbeing programs.
