PHP Cloud Developer

About The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Cloud Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based systems that support our suite of dermatological imaging products and services. You will play a critical role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP development, cloud computing, and system architecture, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our users. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of medical technology and digital imaging.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience of 5+ years in PHP development, with a focus on building scalable web applications. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with cloud infrastructure management, deployment, and automation tools. Solid knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with security best practices in cloud environments.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using PHP and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Optimize existing systems for scalability, efficiency, and security enhancements. Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other systems and services. Automate deployment processes and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements proactively. Stay current with emerging trends in cloud computing, PHP development, and security best practices.
