Lead ISSO Manager

A company is looking for a Lead ISSO Manager to support cybersecurity and compliance for federal systems. Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise senior leadership on cybersecurity and compliance for major applications and systems Lead and supervise a team of ISSOs and junior security analysts Oversee the Risk Management Framework lifecycle and ensure compliance with federal mandatesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years in an ISSO or senior security role Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team-lead experience Active certification(s) required: CISSP (current); CISSP-ISSMP or CISM (highly desired) Expert-level knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust Architecture
