This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/13552204Position** Cashco has one opening for an Entry Level Assembler.Summary** An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, abilityto learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools,power tools, or machinery in a safe manner Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process andhelp implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time Follow safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized working environment Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidanceto less experienced AssemblersQualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assemblyprocess Must possess basic computer knowledge Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanicalprinciples The ability to communicate openly in a team environment Strong attention to detail along with organizational andproblem-solving skills Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavyobjects and perform physical tasks dailyRequirements:** Cashco performs background checks and drug screens onall candidates as part of our pre- employment testing.
