Senior Construction Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a company who is seeking a Senior Construction Accountant. This position will be onsite in Westlake Village, CA. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $115,000 per year. Job Description: Accurately prepare detailed monthly owner billings on a timely basis Partner with multiple project managers to ensure accurate job costing and billing detail on a project level Initiate and maintain project and budget data into accounting/project management systems Diminish process errors, maintaining contract and change order accuracy Maintain positive financial standings, completing accurate cost projection processes Build client rapport Enhance operational efficiencies, reviewing and processing pay applications and customer-required documents while collecting waivers and distributing funds accordingly Requirements: Familiar with Sage 100 Contractor Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience processing, reviewing, tracking and general ledger posting of construction draws for multiple projects REF44892
