HealthCorps is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to own mentor training and development. This role links curriculum design with program delivery, coaching mentors to be confident facilitators and building resources for field use.
You will partner with curriculum, program, and evaluation teams, and travel nationally as needed to support trainer effectiveness and program fidelity.
