Support Field Engineer Support Field Engineer 30-32/hr Remote with travel Position Overview The Support Field Engineer is responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients, ensuring the proper functionality and maintenance of their audio and visual systems. This role involves troubleshooting issues, performing network configurations, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site support for audio and visual systems Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions Perform network configuration and setup as needed Assist clients with product training and usage inquiries Document service requests and resolutions accurately Collaborate with the technical team to improve service delivery Maintain and update equipment inventory and service logs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Proven experience in technical support or field engineering Strong troubleshooting skills with audio and visual systems CTS Certification is preferred Experience with network configuration and management Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Must be able to do 90% travel and live near Airport Benefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
