Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and professional Escrow Officer to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate with realtors, loan officers, underwriters, and other professionals to assist clients with the closing process in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry, including real estate agents and loan officersReview complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions and monitor compliance with contractsComply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accountsPrepare and deliver closing documents to buyers, sellers, agents, and lendersFacilitate the disbursement of escrow fundsPerform administrative tasksQualificationsHigh school diploma/GED required, bachelor's degree preferredPrevious 5 years experience closing escrow transactions Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow processStrong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software
