We’re committed to empowering our team to help thousands of people nationwide protect what matters to them.What You’ll DoDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support scalable and reliable deploymentsDevelop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolsBuild and deploy RPA solutions to automate repetitive business and IT processesAnalyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvementsCollaborate with development, QA, and business teams to streamline delivery and operationsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of servicesMaintain documentation for systems, automation processes, and workflowsContinuously evaluate and improve DevOps practices and toolchainsSupport incident response and participate in root cause analysisEngage in ongoing learning and contribute to knowledge sharing within the teamWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in DevOps, systems engineering, or IT operationsHands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar automation technologiesStrong understanding of workflow optimization and process improvementExcellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance with company contributions401(k) with employer matchingA collaborative, innovation-driven culture focused on growth and impactWho Should ApplyThis role is for professionals who see automation as more than just a tool—it’s a mindset.
