Production Supervisor

Position Summary The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure workflow efficiency, inventory accuracy, and consistent output across all production stations. This role will coordinate incoming materials, maintain organized inventory systems, ensure all stations have sufficient work prepared, and quickly identify and resolve bottlenecks within the production process.The Production Supervisor will work closely with management to support operational improvements, production growth, and long-term expansion of the factory.Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, supplies, and production componentsMaintain accurate inventory tracking and organizationMonitor production schedules and ensure all stations remain adequately supplied with workIdentify workflow issues, delays, or inefficiencies and implement solutions quicklyCoordinate with management to improve production processes and operational efficiencyHelp maintain production timelines and quality standardsCommunicate daily production needs between departments and team membersAssist with inventory counts, stock organization, and material forecastingEnsure work areas remain organized, clean, and safeSupport factory growth initiatives and continuous improvement effortsHelp train and guide production staff when neededTrack production progress and report updates to managementQualificationsBilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferredStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAttention to detail and accountabilityAbility to work collaboratively with both production staff and managementPreferred TraitsMotivated and eager to learnStrong work ethic and positive attitudeWillingness to grow within the companyAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentTakes initiative and works well under pressureTeam-oriented mindset with leadership potentialCompensation and Schedule Full-time positionCompensation based on experience
