Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain communication with all internal departments to ensure project success. Engage with customers to ensure projects align with their requirements and expectations. Utilize standardized project management tools to achieve execution excellence and adhere to established processes. Act as an ambassador of project management, sharing skills and best practices to enhance internal processes.Required Skills for Engineering Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial) is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading initiatives within a manufacturing process environment. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations.
