Event & Logistics Coordinator
Role Overview
DE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event & Logistics Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and operational workflows. This role is responsible for managing logistics, materials, vendors, and internal coordination to ensure events are executed efficiently and align with company branding and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics events, including tradeshows, conferences, & sporting suite
Manage event timelines, task lists, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, tear-down, and on-site requirements
Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution from pre-event planning through post-event wrap-up
Maintain inventory of marketing materials, booth assets, signage, and promotional items
Oversee storage, shipping, replenishment, and distribution of marketing materials
Coordinate with vendors, venues, printers, shippers, and event organizers to secure services and resources
Support registration management, scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination for events
Track event-related expenses and fill out expense reports, travel & purchase authorizations
Maintain accurate records for inventory, expenses, vendors, and event logistics

Required Qualifications
Experience in event coordination, logistics, or a related role
Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to travel for events and tradeshows as required

Experience supporting marketing or business development teams
Familiarity with tradeshow operations and vendor coordination
Experience managing inventory or marketing assets
Prior experience working in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
