This is an entry-level field position with the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and grow within the company.You may help with:Supporting asphalt paving operations on active jobsitesAssisting equipment operators and other crew membersShoveling, raking, and luting asphalt as neededUsing hand tools and power tools safelyHelping prepare areas for paving workLearning how roads, parking lots, highways, and large commercial sites are pavedWorking as part of a crew to complete projects safely and efficientlyOur paving crews work on a variety of projects, including commercial sites, secondary roads, highways, interstates, ports, and other major infrastructure projects across the Charleston area.ScheduleThis position is for night shift work. Hours may vary depending on project needs, weather, and crew schedules.
