You want to contribute to a growing firm where your leadership, ideas, and relationships will make a lasting impact.What You'll DoManage a portfolio of small business and nonprofit clients.Lead month-end close and review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients understand their financial information and make informed business decisions.Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and bookkeepers.Participate in discovery meetings, proposals, onboarding, and client relationship development.Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships.Improve processes, create efficiencies, and help build scalable systems as our firm grows.Occasionally represent Pink Business Advisors at networking events.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.5+ years of accounting experience.Expert-level QuickBooks Online experience.Strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience.Experience managing multiple small business clients.Experience leading or mentoring an accounting team.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Public accounting, outsourced accounting, or Client Accounting Services (CAS) experience is strongly preferred.Why Pink Business Advisors?At Pink Business Advisors, accounting is about much more than producing financial statements.
