About the RoleWe are looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to build and scale our platform ecosystem across the U.S. logistics and e-commerce landscape.This role will focus on developing high-impact partnerships with platforms, marketplaces, and logistics networks to drive large-scale customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage partnerships with:E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify ecosystem, Temu, Shein, etc.)Logistics aggregators and 3PL networksDrive bulk customer acquisition through platform integrations and channel partnershipsNegotiate commercial terms and partnership agreementsCollaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and executionIdentify new channel opportunities to accelerate growthKPIsNumber of strategic partnerships signedCustomer volume generated via platformsGMV / package volume contributionRequirements5+ years in business development / partnerships Experience in Logistics / e-commerce ecosystemStrong network in platforms, 3PLs, or marketplacesExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsBilingual Mandarin and English is preferred, as this job requires to communicate with team in china.
