Easy Apply now by clicking the "Easy Apply" buttonand sending us your resume.Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per yearA bit about us:Our client is an industry leading manufacturing company making dynamic products for the Data Center space!Why join us?MedicalDentalVisionPTO401K Career growth and more!Job DetailsWhat You’ll DoProvide hands-on support for servers, PCs, laptops, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely and professional mannerManage IT assets, including provisioning new equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate trackingLog, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through an IT ticketing system, meeting defined service level expectationsMonitor and analyze network performance, identifying and addressing issues to maintain uptime and efficiencySupport office moves, equipment setup, and infrastructure changes in alignment with safety and operational guidelinesDocument system updates, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsIdentify opportunities to improve systems, tools, and processes to drive efficiency and performanceAct as a trusted resource for employees, promoting effective use of IT tools and technologiesParticipate in ongoing training and development to stay current with evolving technologiesWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in a corporate IT support environmentSolid experience with Active Directory user administrationStrong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Azure, SharePoint, and OneDriveExperience working within an ITIL-based ticketing system, managing and resolving technical issues efficientlyHands-on expertise supporting Windows 10/11, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and printersFoundational understanding of network troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity and performance issuesWorking knowledge of Windows Server environmentsStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentA flexible, customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approachValid driver’s license with flexibility to travel as neededNice to HaveExperience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBA, or VBScriptAdvanced knowledge of Windows Server environmentsExperience with Microsoft SQL (T-SQL or DBA responsibilities)Familiarity with Citrix or Windows Terminal ServicesExposure to back-end web technologiesInterested in hearing more?
