Aggregate General Manager – Confidential SearchLocation: Dallas Fort WorthIndustry: Aggregates / Construction Materials / Quarry OperationsCMC Partners is representing a leading U.S. construction materials producer in a strictly confidential search for an Aggregate General Manager to oversee a growing aggregate platform across Texas.This is a senior, field-based leadership role responsible for safety, production, people leadership, operational performance, capital projects, and full P&L ownership across multiple aggregate sites. The successful candidate will be a decisive, hands-on operator who can lead from the front, set clear expectations, and drive accountability across quarry and plant teams.The business is investing heavily in its Texas aggregate footprint, with significant growth expected across sand & gravel and limestone operations. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-growth regional platform and help shape the future of the division.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all Texas aggregate operations across multiple sitesOversee daily quarry operations including drilling, blasting, crushing, screening, washing, load-out, maintenance, and logisticsChampion safety and ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental, and company standardsOwn financial performance across the division, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and CAPEX planningLead, coach, and hold site leadership accountable for operational executionDrive production growth, plant upgrades, greenfield development, and process improvementsSupport major capital projects including wash plants, crushing circuits, and quarry developmentMaintain a strong field presence across all sites — this is not a desk-based GM positionCommunicate clearly with site teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional partnersIdeal Background5+ years of senior aggregate operations, area management, or multi-site leadership experienceStrong experience across sand & gravel and/or limestone quarry operationsTechnical understanding of drill & blast, crushing, screening, washing, maintenance, and load-out operationsExperience managing P&L, budgets, production targets, and operational KPIsCapital project experience highly preferred, especially wash plants, crushing plants, or greenfield developmentStrong MSHA and safety leadership backgroundHands-on, field-first leadership styleAbility to lead through accountability, urgency, and clear communicationDegree not required — operational experience, leadership capability, and cultural fit are the prioritiesThe OperationMulti-site aggregate platform across TexasSand & gravel operations with wash plantsGreenfield limestone quarry developmentTravel required across Texas sitesHigh-growth region with major expansion and capital investment underwayWhy This RoleLead a fast-growing Texas aggregate platformFull autonomy to drive operational performance and build a strong leadership teamExecutive visibility within a rapidly expanding construction materials businessMajor opportunity to influence safety, culture, production, cost control, and long-term growthStrong benefits package including vehicle, cell phone, company card, laptop, healthcare, PTO, 401k, and moreThis is a strictly confidential search.
