Marketing Project ManagerOverviewThe Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery—while ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.You'll bring structure, visibility, and accountability to marketing efforts, enabling teams to collaborate effectively and deliver measurable business impact.We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic problem solver who can manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end management of marketing projects from concept through completionPartner cross-functionally with Product, Platform, Finance, Digital Experience, Revenue Marketing, and other teams to align priorities and executionDefine project scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are metManage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environmentIdentify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities across workstreams and proactively drive solutionsEstablish and optimize workflows, improving processes and identifying operational efficienciesOversee project budgets and ensure delivery against defined business goals and objectivesCoordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure seamless executionPrepare and deliver clear, concise status updates and progress reports to stakeholdersSupport PMO initiatives by modeling process improvements and testing scenarios to enhance executionCommunicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and on-time deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in marketing or related environmentsProven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneouslyStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and highly matrixed environmentDemonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and act as a connector across teamsPreferred TraitsProactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail with the ability to see both strategic and tactical prioritiesHigh level of integrity and accountabilityCollaborative, team-focused approach with a willingness to ask questions and continuously learn
