Engineering Development Program (EDP) Program Length: 24-48 Months Location: Multiple Pella Locations Pella's Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a comprehensive rotational program designed to accelerate the development of early-career engineers through hands-on experience, technical skill building, and cross-functional exposure. Over the course of the program, participants complete a series of rotational assignments aligned with Pella's strategic priorities, gaining experience across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain functions. Each rotation is designed to build technical expertise, expand business knowledge, and develop leadership capabilities while contributing to meaningful projects and business results. Participants work alongside experienced professionals and leaders, gaining exposure to a variety of disciplines while building the skills needed for long-term success at Pella. Throughout the program, participants will: Support engineering, manufacturing, and operations initiatives through project work and rotational assignments Develop technical expertise across multiple disciplines and technologies Apply engineering principles to solve business and operational challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, products, quality, and operational performance Build relationships and learn from leaders across the organization Develop leadership, communication, and project management skills Contribute to projects that drive business results and support organizational goals Participants completing a Department Manager rotation may directly supervise factory hourly team members.
