Their work spans primary care, sexual health, HIV prevention and treatment, behavioral health integration, and social determinants of health.The organization operates a community-focused clinic that provides inclusive, affirming care with a strong emphasis on sexual health, LGBTQ+ health, and equitable access to services.About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Nurse Manager to lead an outpatient clinical team while remaining actively involved in patient care. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being both a clinical resource and an operational leader.This is not a purely administrative position—the Nurse Manager will regularly see patients and play a key role in maintaining a high standard of care, supporting staff, and shaping clinic culture.This role is best suited for someone with outpatient experience who thrives in a fast-paced, community health environment and is passionate about sexual health and health equity.ScheduleMonday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMTuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMFully onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including:STI testing and treatmentHIV prevention (PrEP/PEP)Contraceptive care and related sexual health servicesLead day-to-day nursing operations within the clinicSupervise, mentor, and support nursing staffManage clinical workflows and staffing to ensure efficient operationsPartner with clinical leadership on quality improvement initiatives and protocolsEnsure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and best practicesSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management of nursing staffFoster an inclusive, patient-centered, and affirming care environmentQualificationsActive RN license (or ability to obtain)Outpatient clinical experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience required Background in sexual health, primary care, community health, or related setting strongly preferredWillingness and enthusiasm to provide direct patient careStrong alignment with mission-driven, community-based healthcareCommitment to culturally competent, trauma-informed, and inclusive careExcellent communication and organizational skills
